The actual ordering
Eligible approved profiles are ordered by their stored public display name, using the database’s text ordering, then by profile ID to break ties. Country and selected filters narrow the results. This is not a quality score, popularity ranking or paid placement.
Three different language choices
A profile translation, the forum interface language and the languages in which you guide are separate. An unavailable profile translation is not silently replaced with English.
Keep availability accurate
Use the availability setting and, if useful, a short public explanation. While temporarily unavailable, you may give an expected return date. It is an estimate, not a booking calendar. Closing new enquiries does not erase an existing private conversation.
